Well it’s the start of week 4 of what should have been my triumphant return to the land of big people, I had it all planned out, only I didn’t expect my body to discover a whole new dimension to lactose intolerance, now if I take a protein shake it clogs my insides, I get bloating, extreme gas, constipation, constant indigestion and it kills my appetite. Now I feel like an ass because I’m on a gram of test 700mg deca 400mg boldenon, 100mg winny, 60mg dbol for nothing, no food, no gains. I was looking forward to the deca kicking in this week, but because my stomach is so fucked I’m barely eating 4 meals a day, I’ve tried ginger root to no avail, its was going to be glorious! A short but intense 8 week cycle with no less that 400g of protein followed by a mild cutting cycle for summer next year. I’ve got 4 weeks to go I'm going to try nitrotech 2morrow and pray that my stomach can handle it. I only hope I can salvage this so that I can get something out of it.

:bawling:

man, that really a bummer. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't have dairy products.:D You must have to go through a bottle of tums a day. I'm feeling really generous today, so maybe some karma can help you. lol

starkist and bumble bee cans of tuna.... each can about 33.5g of protein... walk with them and use them like protein powder.

only thing is they are a bit smelly, but will not mess up your stomach.

BTW what protein powder are you using????

Many health food shops have lactaid or similar - lactaid is lactase (the enzyme required for digesting lactose).....

This will solve your problem.

Lactaid 100 Milk- ready-to-drink, farm-fresh milk that’s 100% lactose free!

Lactaid 70 Milk- ready-to-drink, farm fresh milk that's 70% lactose free.

Lactaid Drops- reduces lactose in fresh milk in just 24 hours.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! lactose free milk!

If Lactaid doesnt work for you bro, try another type of protein powder that you aren't alergic to. There is vegetable protein, rice protein, egg protein, and probably others I haven't heard of. This would be a way for you to get closer to the amount of protein you were looking for without getting the lactose.
