Hi guys, now im at uni i have little cash to spend on luxuries such as protein shakes... Can anybody sugest a shake high in proten that i can make myself. Hopefully this will save me some money, and short of swallowing my own load i think this is the best option....
On another note, i found a bananna milkshake in my local shop
nutritional information is...(per bottle)
Energy 1322 kj/ 315 Kcal
Protein 19.0g
Carbs (of which sugars) 48.5g
Fats that saturate 3.0g
Sodium 0.3g
315 calories
Is this milkshake at all good for me after a workout or at any other time of the day.
