hey Ulter i see from your AF post that you are doing gh at 8-10 eod. do you find this helping you for gaining mass better than ed dosing?
 
I would say the difference is slighty better results. The main reason you want to do this is that if you're on gh for a long time daily your body may stop recognizing your own gh when you come off. This takes several months, but it happens. If you shoot EOD then you will make the gh on your off days and you'll be fine when you come off.
You're allowed to ask questions on AF ya know. :)
 
ulter...so u think it will be better to shoot 8 iu's eod then to shoot 4 iu's ed? i read gh is a short acting drug and even though its in your system, its not actually active for that long so its good to shoot like twice a day, 2iu's in the morning, 2 iu's in the afternoon/evening.
 
Active length is irrelevant. You can shoot am and pm. There are so many theories about the best time that no one really knows. Is it before bed when your natural gh would released? Or is it better mid-day when your levels are lowest? Or the morning?
No one knows.
But the EOD dosing ole farte is asking about comes from a 2 year study and it's pretty convincing that what I posted is correct. You can find all this on www.anabolicfitness.com on a sticky
 
Thanks Ulter, i am gonna go to eod and try it. there IS some good stuff on AF ,doing a lot of reading over there, didn't know i could chime in too, cool.
 
Assuming that IGF is a peptide hormone, can a similar dosing scheme be more productive? Example: instead of 80 mcs daily, 160 mcs eod?

Hey Ulter, what do you think about Gavin Kane's (Almost Pro) method of three injections a week? I have the link somewhere, but the guy really seems to know his shit, and is convinced that splitting the weekly dose up into three different shots is the best way to go. Also I read a great article(Anthony Roberts) on why T4 is the best thing to take with GH. Any insight on these subjects?

yes...most start to notice IGF gains coming to a halt in the 4th week with ED dosing. EOD or 3 x weekly dosing for IGF is better if you plan on running it for more than a month. Many people just use it for PCT though, so in that case ED is better.

I'm going to give the EOD GH dosing schedule a try starting next week. Probably 4 iu in the AM and 4 iu at 5-6 pm. The only think Im worried about with pinning 8-10 iu in a single day is the lethargy. I usually need to take a nap after 2 iu unless I'm running a thermo. What I've been doing is my AM GH pin, then rubbing on some YES, and hitting the gym. Seems to kill the lethargy.

THe T4 watson referred to will help with the lethargy.
