yes...most start to notice IGF gains coming to a halt in the 4th week with ED dosing. EOD or 3 x weekly dosing for IGF is better if you plan on running it for more than a month. Many people just use it for PCT though, so in that case ED is better.
I'm going to give the EOD GH dosing schedule a try starting next week. Probably 4 iu in the AM and 4 iu at 5-6 pm. The only think Im worried about with pinning 8-10 iu in a single day is the lethargy. I usually need to take a nap after 2 iu unless I'm running a thermo. What I've been doing is my AM GH pin, then rubbing on some YES, and hitting the gym. Seems to kill the lethargy.
