...generally speaking - how many days fopr the water to come of ffrom the yohimburn...been using 2x a day and have had GREAT results btw

it really varies.. 2 to 14 days (in some.. very few cases.. slightly more.. though typically only at higher bodyfats).. for complete recession..

heavier use can also= longer days.. though most, if diet and exercise are=usage, have recession in 5-7days.

leaner.. typically=shorter duration
