you didn't take his advice, you ignored it.

A first cycle should be a gram of test. With an AI. You only have one chance at a first cycle and sides of 500mg aren't much different than 1000mg but the gains difference is tremendous.
That said, youngguns should not be doing a first cycle in the first place. This first cycle is for someone with a good deal of mature muscle mass. Not a 19 year old.
