UFBK how to use it

Im looking for a guide line on how to take use the whole kit, I ordered it the other day.
Do you need to take some of the things seperately?

I think she might be referring to the Ultra Fat Removal Kit from the AF store? (Levorex, Thermorexin, Glucorell R and Yohimburn ES)
