Udo's choice experation date

I just got some more Udo's choice in, and the "Best Before" date is July 23rd. Problem is, i just found out i'm gonna be spending 2 months in Italy this summer, from the middle of June to the middle of August. I also don't think i'm gonna finish all the oil i just got before i leave. So, if i keep it in the fridge (or freezer?) can i stretch the best before date? and has anyone tried using Udo's choise after the best before? will it just taste bad or will there be a nutritional change?

any info will help. thanx!

EDIT: Sorry, I'm an idiot. On the box it tells you the best before date, but on the BOTTLE it tells you that you can freeze it to preserve it.
