I've never used 1-AD just because of the price. I have used One and One+ which are transdermal 1-Test (1-AD's conversion hormone).
When I first used One last summer, I got real sick after 2 weeks. I had just come off a CKD so my immune system was already weak. I did gain a good 5 pounds in that short cycle. On my 2nd cycle (4 wk One+, double dose), I gained around 8 and lost some fat. I use it very sparingly and only when I feel like I've hit a slump.
