Type of A-50 question

Can someone tell me the difference between TTOKKYO A-50 and Leoffler kenestron (A-50), please. Pros and cons of both if you could. And how it compares to ip liquid. Thanks. I am at work so my replys may be slow.

I've only used Ttokkyo A-50 before and loved them. Putting a pound on a day is not uncommon, since I have experienced it myself.
