Two, wait maybe three PGF2 questions!!

Ok here goes.

1. What type of diet if any should you shoot for on PGF2 if you want to lose fat and gain muscle?

2. Is it a bad idea to use with other gear i.e. Eq, winny, Prop?

3. Where do you fit your workouts into your schedule with your daily injections? Right before you lift, or right after?

If you can only answer one, that is fine, if you can answer three that is great...... thanks for the help bros!

You really have to experiment some to find what you like. For fat loss you want to shoot at least 3 times a day. I used it more for bringing up my arms and calves, and got good results shooting the muscle once a day right before training it. This is a little painfull at first, and slightly cuts into poundages. After a week or two you will be back to normal weights though. I ended up shooting most of the pgf2a into my triceps (long and short heads) and during the cycle I am on now (stopped the pgf2a before the cycle) my triceps have grown much much faster than everything else, with correspondent strength gains. I did most of the tricep shots in the long head (raise arm over head and shoot in notch above lat insertion) and all overhead french pressing movements have shot way up (i.e, before I would use a 90 lb db for seated 2 hand overhead extensions...getting maybe 8 reps if I was fresh. Now I am using a 130 for sets of 8-10...and that is as a 2nd or third exercise...haven't gone heavier since most times it is hard to find someone strong enough to hand me the 120's, LOL). Considering I was stuck with using the 90 for reps (even when on alot more steroids than I am on now) for about a year, this sudden jump is real weird and the only thing I can attribute it to is all the pgf2a shots I did in the tris.
