two quick liquid clen questions

i just got my order of liquid clen from l-research. on the label, it says that its harmful to ingest. they only put that there to justify its OTC legality right?

its 125mcg/mL so if i want to use 60mcg at once, how many mLs do i use?

1/2 cc would be 62.5 mcg's

so it would be about .48 cc
