TWO major questions.....

Tomorrow I hit my next cycle........250mg of sus t, th, and sat......and 300mg of deca ew. Would you front load either on of these?

Do you guys do cardio in the off-season when on? Don't want to put on too much chub (although some is inevitable)....just curious...


Also, does your diet change at all on your off days? Do you do anything on off days? Thinking of reducing carbs, but not sure...maybe I need toi increase carbs? Much K'
 
Really diet is, IMO a personalized thing. I eat 300gm of protien ED, and adjust carbs to suit my energy level. For a day or 2 after a heavy workout, my body craves carbs and protien, and on the off days, I'm not as hungry so slight depletion of carbs is ok for me. I try to eat as clean as possible, but just lots of food.
When ON, things will be happening fast, so you'll be able to notice. If you're gaining too much fat reduce carbs. It is such an individual thing. Just make sure you get enough protien. 2 to 3gm/kg IMO

I do believe in front loading. I double up the 1st 2 doses on long esters. I don't like sus though
 
So hit sus250 for 500mg? It's that or Test400 and I'd rather save that for my next one so I can cut and then cut (lol) the pain with EQ......
 
To answer the cardio question, I try to do at least mild cardio 3 times per week when bulking. I think it helps stay in better cardio shape and makes it easier when transitioning back to intense cardio when cutting. I believe that staying in proper cardio condition is a must regardless of whether or not you are bulking. And mild cardio for 30 mins, 3 times a week does not interfere with bulking, especially when on.
 
Well, I do cardio for 35 minutes on Mondays and Thursday (off days) first thing in the am and then go back for a 2nd session around 4pm.......not putting o nthe weight though, so I may need to cut back..........
 
I always do cardio when on. I dont do it for fat burning purposes, but rather for cardiovascular health. So I cut the time down to between 10-15min. That way I can do it everyday if I wanted to and it doesnt effect my bulking.
