Two Fina Questions

Today I am going to make my Fina (this is my first time doing it). My question is that after I am done should I bake it in the oven to sterilize it or is that nesacary? My second question is where exatly in my biceps/triceps are you suppose to inject? middle, side, on the peak or where exactly..also I was gonna inject in my calves..does anyone know of a site or anything with graphs of where exactly to do it? I got 25gauge 5/8" syringes for the site injections.

you can bake it a few times at 250degress, but its not necessary.

Zyg, a fee more questions..can baking break the vial?...and...wouldn't the heat affect the product like for example they say too store it at room temp on most AS..wouldn't the heat affect the product in some way?

Well, you need to put a needle in the top of the vial otherwise the pressure could pop your fina out. AS are pretty heat resistant. So that shouldn't be a problem. Plenty of guys heat their mexican gear just to be on the safe side.

if you're worried about the vial breaking, put an 18g needle (no syringe) in the top. this will let the pressure equalize.

The glass will be fine, worse case you rupter the rubber stopper. As others mentioned, you can place a needle through it when baking, but I would just slide it out and poke one through every ten minutes or some. There have been some cases of the needle leaving a permanent hole in the stopper due to heat.

On a side note, I got preoccupied with one batch and left it in the oven for over an hour, without puncturing top and there was no stopper damage at all......bet it was sterile though

Do this and bake at 250 for 15 min, remove and let cool for 10 min and repeat 2 more times. I doubt anyone has gotten an infection after following this procedure. better safe than dead. Hey its not like you gotta dig an olympic size swimming pool with a soup spoon.

You asked about injecting into your calves. Be careful not to hit your peroneal nerve which runs down the lateral(outside) and posterior aspect of your calf. It's close to the surface towards your knee and then runs below your calf muscle so just don't shoot too high or too deep. People that damage this nerve have foot-drop which means they have to wear a foot splint to walk without dragging their foot.

Why not inject it in your ass? Is it better to inject it in your bi's/tri's. The reason I'm asking is b/c I just got some fina and a couple kits for my next cycle and would like to know. Can anyone answer this for me?

Not too sound dumb but I think my butt getts bigger and fuller when I am on a cycle.
