I had a batch of those beauties, a friend at my gym is using them for almost four weeks, his strength is good and there is a fairly noticeable difference in his frame. He only used 250mg the first two weeks and then 500mg a week .
It is the only substance he is using (Turkish Sust) and his body is showing some changes after 3.5 weeks. He was small to begin with, but he is happy with the assistance the substance is giving him in recovery and in strength. This guy does work out hard for about 2 hours monday-friday rotating upper and lower body daily.
