Turkey sandwiches for cutting???

Hey stiff,

I'll buy about a 3-4 lb turkey breast at the meat dept. and bake it up according to the instructions. It's nice and cheap this way, plus there's no lunch meat crap involved. It'll give you about three days worth of good-quality turkey.

I've thought about doing that before...how much is one of those breasts anyway? thanks bro

I think a 4lb breast will run you around five or six bucks. But again, you'll get four or five meals out of it. I bake it in a pan with some chicken broth in the bottom. That'll give it some flavor without fucking up your diet.

so a dollar per lb...thats what I like to here, being how poor my ass is from being in college. thanks bro for the tip I will be heading to the store this weekend!:D

Turkey breast is a nice cheapish source of low fat white meat.

I use it as an alternative when I tire of chicken.
