Tunes....

Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge, Atreyu, SkyCameFalling, Zao, Sevendust, Slipknot, Eminem, A Love For Enemies, Nora, various techno music with heavy rolling bass, Requiem For A Dream soundtrack, any rap songs with those kind of inspirational/motivational lyrics (not the typical "bitches, hoes, guns" shit), Hopesfall, Ill Nino, Fear Factory, Static-X...

I'm a rock guy myself. I can't stand the tunes that are popular these days. It is all black music anymore. They said that rock will never die, but it seems that Mtv is doing their best to kill it.

funny thing is i'm listening to that right now. goddamn the movie/score was and still is hella disturbing. how you work out of that aludes me  . but hey, whatever gets the iron up right?

i prefer good ol' Rage Against the Machine (turn that shit up!), throw in some Blink182/BCR, New Found Glory, Simple Plan, etc etc and i can work all day.

and i almost forgot my precious Bob Marley discs. nope, can't leave those out no way haha.

used to be into rap/hip-hop the whole thing. can't listen to that shit anymore. i just wish dre would release somethin new so we'd have some good rap again, not this bullshit "look guys, i got shot a buncha times and now my jaw is sealed shut!" (hey, ya ever wonder if 50's got wheels?).

yeah.

Heh, I just like Eminem's songs. Lyrics are motivating in some of 'em. I like punk and such too, like NFG, Simple Plan, I hate Blink tho...

A.F.I., As I Lay Dying... god the list goes on...

nfg owns... though to this day i still have trouble telling the diff between some of their less popular songs. all these punk bands sound alike.

simple plan and good charlotte? i have no idea who's who, but some music's alright :)

Although I am very diverse when it comes to music, I must agree with this statement. Hip hop is taking over the world. I love everything from Elvis to Tool to Mobey, but it seems like the rappers and Hip hop artists get too much recognition these days.
