In your whole life you're JUST finding out that you don't like tuna? WTF??

I don't think there is a substitute that is as convinient as tuna. Besides, on a crum diet, I thought you want your protein to contain fat since you're going low on the carbs. Try some salmon. Its got fat in it (good fats) and it tastes better than tuna.

From the other sample days I've seen on crum diets people are mostly eating red meat though, since it contains more fat. And you'll need that fat for energy.

So, hopefully those two options are viable for you.
Good luck!

I agree with warblade. Try another type of fish. If you still want canned for convienence go with salmon. If you want to cook it and store it the possibilities are endless. Mackeral, salmon, trout, swordfish, orange roughy, are all pretty good choices. Good luck.
