1 can of tuna in water
1 can of condensed "snows" clam chowder
1 potato
salsa
take one serving out of cond. clam chowder put into a pot along with can of tuna, microwave and dice the potato, then add it in and add some salsa about 3 tbs, heat up
one serving is about
500 cals
4 gms of fat or less
30-50gms of carbs depends on size of potato
under 10 gms of sugar
40 and up gms of protein
tastes realy good cant even taste the tuna, tastes even better if you use shrimp
