I eat it in two ways, and in two ways only.

1. Right out of the can, with a fork, after draining some of the water.

2. Drain most of the water, mix it with cottage cheese.

Yuck... that sounds gross....

Throw it in a blender with milk, PB and chocolate, slam that shit bro!

Actually there are a ton of tuna recipes on one of the boards in here....

I eat it all the time in oil. Drain the oil and add sunflower seeds or fat free crackers. Damn good.

The only problem with tuna is that it is often very high in mercury.

Tuna is always good.

Unless you smell it between a woman's legs. I can't eat it for a few days after that.

Shredded turkey!! Mix two cans of tuna, 3 hard boiled eggs, about a pound of shredded turkey, and 1 1/2 - 2 cups of shreeded cheese with Miracle whip. You can eat on that for a couple of days.

I believe that is largely a myth.

And that whole raw chicken / salmonella thing is prolly just a beef industry conspiracy, right?

I believe so too. I eat 3, 4 cans of tuna a day; while that is by no means a large number, if you listen to all the mercury crap, I should be dead by now. I'm not.

can of tuna
romain lettuce
chopped onions
3 jalapenos
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsimic vinegar

makes a good healthy salad

Try the new Tuna Creations by Starkist. Foil packets, stores flat in a briefcase for easy travel. Very little water (or oil). Plain tuna comes in a larger serving size, but the flavored ones kick ass (35 gr of protein).

Smoked is awesome.
Lemon Pepper is decent.
Herb Garlic is decent.
Sweet and Sour sucks.

About $1.90 per packet - but considering ease of use, portability, flavor, and storage (no refridgeration) - very much worth the money. I keep several in my briefcase to snack on whenever I get hungry.

I mix tuna with extra virgin olive oil and tabasco sauce. I fuckin love it. The tabasco adds a little extra sodium, but I really don't care.

Tuna, mustard, boiled eggs-no yolk, onions, tbsp miracle whip, tablespoon dill relish, 1 cup of boiled spiral pasta, tbsp tabasco...

ummm, wowsa
