Different brand used here--- but I chew them up,hoping they will dissolve faster.

First you must grind them up, bake for 20 min to reduce moisture, then add in 12 drops vitamin b12 liquid, let set for 30 min to soak up. After that, take the paste and put under you tongue until it dissolves. This needs to be done in the mid morning and then again in the evening.

OR, just pop the tabs down with a bit of water....

i think 200, not more than 500 definitely which is what you have. Go into profile, edit options and at the bottom is avatar, shoose the option yes and add apic, it must be 100X100 pixels in size. If you ened help, just ask.....
