i have been using the ttokkyo stanol v now for 2 weeks and i know there is a lot left in the bottle. i cant seem to extract anymore of it with a brand new 18 gauge needle. what should i do

Shoot a bunch of air into the vial. Like 6-9cc's worth. It will draw then. You should always be shooting like 3cc's of air into the vial before each shot, just so you know next time. It helps push the liquid out.

thats exactly what i did, i was thinking of cutting the rubber out and just drawing it up like that and putting in 4 syringes. is that ok

That's your easiest option, probably what I would be doing. Don't inject it though as it is no longer sterile.
