I did some research on this for my cycle (plus you can use the search function to get more input from prior posts) and this is what I found.
50mg of winny injectable 3 to 5 ccs per week (pro BBs)...I am not going that heavy though. I will be doing 2 to 4 ccs per week.
Winny tabs: I have 10 mg tabs from Europe. I have seen cycles that go from 5 to 12 tabs per day. I know that is high (10*5=50mgs x 7 days per week = 350mgs weekly) but keep in mind that you don't absorb as much by your receptor sites since it is ingested instead of shot by injection. Hence, you don't need as much of the injectable since the absorbtion rate is higher.
Here is my cycle as a reference but keep in mind everyone needs to taylor their cycle based on their needs, risks and goals. Everyone's body reacts different to gear.
wk 1 Sust 250 1 amp (e7days) + 7 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 2 Sust 250 1 amp (e7days) + 10 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 3 Sust 250 1 amp (e5days) + 10 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 4 Sust 250 1 amp (e5days) + 7 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 5 5 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 6 4 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 7 4 winny tabs (5mg each) ED
wk 8 clomid 200 mgs
wk 9 clomid 100 mgs
wk 10 clomid 100 mgs
I did the old winny from Winthrop labs and they were 2mg tabs but that was back in 1990. I got good results from them and I did a short single gear cycle. At that time I did my cycle as a standard pyramid:

I kept virtually all my gains (as far as I could tell) and I had no sides. I was only taking in 90 grams of protein a day but it worked well for me and I grew gradually but people did notice it.
