Ttokkyo tabs?

I've seen some things lately about Ttokkyo tabs/pills.

I didn't even know they made tabs, and thought that they were (well image wise) a veterinary product manufacturer.

I also didn't notice any oral products last time I visited their website.

So are they for real? Are they any good? Are they for human consumption? Are they sold in pharmacies or vet shops or what?

Sorry for being so damn ignorant but it's hard to stay on top of the fast moving steroid developments these days
