Once a week, bro. The undecyclenate(sp) ester in Eq is one of the longest acting ester
used for steroids. The only reason why some people shoot it eod is cause before ttokkyo,
companies like fort dodge, etc, made eq in 50mg/ml only. Therefore, to avoid volumous injections,
people would inject 2ml mon,2ml wed, 2ml fri, 2ml sun just to get 400 mgs a week.

Deca and eq are two differnet roids. I like deca for more "mass" gains, eq for harder, leaner gains.
You won't gain as much on the eq as you will on the deca.
