ok my story goes like this ( no plumpers )

ok last time i was at the gym was monday night. because... after work on tuesday(8am till 5pm)one of my mates introduced me to his boss who also works in the construction industry. anyway before i was even introduced he told us that he had a job for us both straight away and we followed him to this flat that was getting done up.. anyway now im getting cash in hand around 9.00 an hour which is close enough to 20.00$ and hour. anyway so everyday after work im down there till 11pm working away. im so tired i done even have time to eat. i had a hot meal lastnight, but before that it was monday.. lol i dont have time to eat.. and i have today off but am probs working 12-13 hours tomorrow. and then back to my 8am till 11pm on monday.. im just wondering when i should fit time for the gym.. ?? ive lost like 6lbs since monday. and my abs are defo showing more but this shurly cant be helthy. im just snacking on chocolate. lol

just wondering you veiws on my situation.. ill try and make it to the gym today. and oh btw im a carpinter. and all my work is heavy fast ect.
 
just pack a lunch like normal and snack as you go,I work construction also and I just snack away at half a sandwhich here and there,usually a bite whenever I get a drink of water
 
instant oatmeal, beef jerky and fruit!! :Chef: :tuc:
 
pump up the amount of protein your getting via protein shakes and youll at least rip up really well. snacking on choc/soda is just going to shrink you down - muscle and fat together - which is not at all what you want.

(i too occasionally work construction :) pharmacy is just one of teh things i do)

kl kl. had a protein shake before i left this morning. and now im trying to figure out what i want for dinner ?? tuna on toast i think.. and the gyms close today so ill just have to do press ups and situps.. :verygood:
 
If there is a night where you don't have to work, cook up meals for a week. As far as gym goes, if you can't make it, create your own workout at work. LOL. Curl some wood beams or pack a tool box full and use that. Be inventive.
 
I eat protein shakes, tuna, sometimes beef and chicken, and i really have a new fond taste for beef jerky. There is this one make that comes from brazil...a really nice smoked meat with baked erbs and spices on top for perfection. In your mouth, between the reflection of the light, your siliva coating the jerkey, your mouth glissens in harmony.
