well i am about 8 weeks into my cycle and have put on about 25 pounds,i am now to the point where i need to try to lean out a bit.trouble is i eat clean,the only thing i can figure is to cut out my fat free milk consumption.i have been putting down about a gallon a day counting what is used with my mrp's.and i guess no more lean red meat either.back to plain old fish and chicken.my question is how much fat /carb does one need to take in on a high proten low carb diet,i have flax oil and what about natural peanutbutter .i dont want to go into ketosses or anything but i know i must cut my carb intake substantually.
