Alright heres the deal. I try to eat healthy and usually do, I just can't eat. If I try and eat when I wake up I just puke it up, same at lunch if i'm working in the heat. I get off work and eat a medium sized dinner, usually something like a chicken breast and some corn and i'm full after that.
Trying to eat 6 times a day would be brutal. Anyways, i'm trying to cut just can't eat enough to speed up my motabolism. Is there anything I can do to make myself hungrier or something I can do to keep food down?
