Good guess, I thought. I remember he was looking for a place to hide his gear from his dad, and I thought it was you who offered (jokingly) to keep it for a while. Also, you both live in Canada.

Actually we both live in the same city, but you're right, it was jokingly, there is also no way he could get his hands on that volume of gear. This guy is a good friend, anyone else leaving gear at my house would wonder why it all of a sudden smelled like corn oil and why my cycle was suddenly extended to 16 weeks
