Well Toyota and me were $500 shy of making a deal. I hold off, and get an email from a dealership in Raleigh willing to give me the same truck for 700 less.
Out of the blue I call my cousin up to ask him for some advice on the matter, and he tells me GM is having a huge sale on their trucks. All of their trucks [think it's the other vehicles as well] are going for employee price which is like a grand under invoice, plus the incentives.
GMC offered me a 2005 Canyon ext cab SLE for 17,610. Only catch is they can only give me so much for my trade in. Basicly it amounts to the same cash being borrowed but for a lot more loaded of a vehicle.
