I'v been in TRT two years and some months, don't recall the exact date atm. I'v been using Testogel, dosed @ 50-100 mgs day the whole time, but I'm just in process to swicht from Testogel to Sustanon or Undecoate injections (only optiond available here, if no changes have been made).
Reason to swtich from transdermal to injections being that Testogel has seem to loose a lot of its effect during time. My last blood work came back with Test levels at lowest possible reference point in normal range. I don't know why transdermal Test would loose it's effect over time, but I have red other people experiencing same thing, but there are way too many variables to come up with any general explonation. So I will just let my endo figure that out. It woulf be a great option if she would prescribe me both Sust injections and Testogel, so I could tweak my dose right on point using Testogel!

Hi

I've been on TRT following testicular cancer in 2001. I use Sustanon 250 x 14 days, but have also been on Testosterone Undecanoate 1000mg x 9 weeks.
Experienced a decline in effects about 12 months ago, but it was due to increased E2 conversion. For the past 7 weeks I've been using Forma Stanzol (Formestane) as an AI and it has worked a treat. I feel as though the effects are more pronounced and sex drive is superb, and the best it's been for many years. The wife can vouch for that because she walks like John Wayne nowadays.
