I ain't gay, but I find myself more "into" men right now. Of course when the pendelum swings back the other way, I need to look no further than EF to find the hottest females around. I still find beautiful women immensely attractive. There were a couple at my pool party that I could have easily seen myself banging into exhaustion.

Bro, I just went to Golds on Commercial today. I was at World Gym on Federal and my membership expired on the 18th. I don't think I will be joining there again because it is so small. So I scoped out Golds today (and will be there Fri and Sat too as I have a 3 day pass). Then I have a 10 day pass at LA Fitness on Federal (north).

Where on Commercial?? In Lauderdale or towards Pompano........I'll be hanging with my old man.....and checking up on my condo progress.....I might be able to squeeze a workout in on Tuesday......if so, I'll hit up that Gold's.....is it the one tucked in the back of that two story strip mall????

You getting a condo down here? Where abouts?

The Golds I went to is on Commercial in Lauderale, right before Pompano. You head East on Commercial after getting off 95 and after you pass a huge Publix (with a Ballys in the area) you will go through a traffic light and about 1/2 mile down the street on the left side is the Golds.

I bought one on the 9th floor of Toscana Towers (third phase) in Highland Beach to use during the winter, it should be finished by the end of July. My parents live on South Ocean in Gulfstream (between Highland Beach and West Palm).....I think I'll check out that Gold's next week.....a buddy of mine said there is a hole in the wall hardcore gym somewhere in Hillsboro Beach......I might have to check that out also......between the Spahish River Gold's, and Delray Athletic Center...I have not been able to get a decent workout.......too many wrinkled asses going way too slow.........
 
I hear Mike Ashley or Mike Christian has a gym just north of Lauderdale and Pompano... you know about that one?
