Snowboarding kicks ass! Started boarding last season -- after I was able to get my feet under me and get some of the basics down, it was cool. What a workout! (at least, if you fall down a lot like me )

The coolest place I've been boarding so far is Breckenridge in Colorado, went down the second highest peak there

I've been riding since 1994, holy shit, I'm Old School now! Breck is awesome, gotta love Tahoe though. Going to school in MN over the last 6 years has slowed progress though. To all you midwesterners: if you can learn to ride there (shitty conditions), you can ride anywhere.

A whole year!!!!!!! Arrgghhhhhh... I'm Jealous....

I spent 1 month there back in '96 during the summer
break. My brother and I ripped that town up....LOL
Actually, we got a hotel in Vancouver and drove up
every day at 6AM, in order to ski rom 9-4PM.
Sometimes(Usually Fri/Sa/Sun) we got a hotel
room in Whistler Village(If there were Any available)
so we didn't have to drive back. because DAMN
that village is PARTY CENTRAL during vacation time!!!!
I prefer the Whistler part over the blackcomb part.
Soudain Couloir, the 'glades, the bowls, CRAZIEST
off-piste skiing and chute skiing(almost got caught
in a mini avalanche once). DZZAAMMNNNNN....I want
to go skiinnngggg.....bwaaaaaaaaaah!

Tremblant: Been there. It has 50 runs so its not perticularly
small(Like edelweiss or Camp fortune...LOL), BUT
it need HARDER runs AND specially BIGGER moguls.

You should go to Vermont. Killington, whiteface
and smugglers notch are GREAT.

Still have Lake Louise and Banff, Aspen, Vail in my list
of resorts to go to. This year its the Alps for me.
Meribel probably.(2 weeks)(F*cking expensive though
compared to the US/Canada)

And quit snow-boarding.....LOL Siing is FAR, FAR better.

Still can't do the old 720......Have only done it ONCE in
my life in whistler. I got MASSIVE air, and
having powder snow to fall on does help you too.....
I really hate butt bruises......LOL

50 runs??

Tremblant has over 90 now, and a kick ass village. One of the best party spots on the east coast in February/March. Killington is over rated and crowded...and a bunch of pigs from Boston every weekend. I spent last winter at Squaw, and it was the worst in 10 years but still beats the east. Mmmmm..would love the naked board pics triple V...what do you want in return???
