Both are garbage...waste of money my friend. You should go for some NYC/r-ala/yohimburn, now that is realistic when it comes to fat-loss.

Look at these ingredients:
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 3.4mg 170

NONE of which have proven themselfs to be anything but petri dish significant to fat-loss.
