Ok say you are on a clean bulking cycle with very little fat and junk food and want to trim (notice how I didn't say cut). Say you just want to lose a little bf but really aren't concerned with getting totally shredded. How much cardio and what type would you do? This would be for an individual with some bf but no so much you couldn't see the abs or that "V" the girls like.
