I'd lay down good money that it's either someone who maintains the site or not a hack and just piss poor management.

I think there's some kind of dispute with the domain name. I guess it'll be up and running after january, that's when the adm. can buy back the name. I don't know, I was there today and all of a sudden it just quit....
