Tricep is swollen

hey guys i have a qustion to ask u my right tricep is swollen and iam trying to figure out what it can be from its been a little over a week,the only things that i can think of is injecting 2cc in my tricep or maybe i tore something in my arm, it really only hurts when i flex my bicept. it does not have any color it is just swollen and painfull any feedback would be appreciated thanks john

What did you inject? Was it your first time injecting tri's? I did mine last week for the 1st time and fuck it hurt for a good few days!

it's what you injected . try warming up the oil before injection or pick another spot, glutes and delts are easy as it comes.
