Tricep Injection

Has anyone injected into the outer head of the tricep? I am thinking of doing so with winnie?
If you have how did you get on and what size pin did you use.
Also if you used winnie what results did you get?

Winny will work fine.

Used 23 guage pin. Hold arm straight out and put hand on a wall or mirror. Shoot the pin underneath - this way you can watch the aspiration.

Hold you arm straight out with your palms facing in and shoot the needle straight up into the muscle.
