Tribulus/Tribistan?

How well have these worked for you in the past?
What is the best way to take them.
Which is best ribulus or tribistan, if theres a diffrence?

tribestan is a pure extract of tribulus. most of the other tribulus are % extract. like twinlab, you have to do the math and figure what actual mg of extract you get. then you have to take a shitload of caps. with the tribestan you just take 6 a day and you got more than enough active ingredient. i always felt the tribestan worked the best.

I just started tribestan - will let you know how it is - but you have to stay on it - so many days on 2 wks off to see any results (at least thats what they say) - bought mine in dpsnutrition - pretty cheap their - no side effects so far -
