Tribulus, does it really work?

Who has used Tribulus with good results? I've seen some of the supp. companies raving about it, but I'm kind of skeptical. Also, what brands are the best (quality, price)?

you can find tribulus at your local grocery store in between the kit-kats and skittles.....
