Tribestan... just got some

Just got some tribestan the other day.
When should i be taking it? Anything i shouldnt have with it?
Also what about taking ZMA, or some zinc and magnesium with it as well?

Trib. works fairly well at increasing libido, so I would use it before bed. ZMA would be a fairly good combo to add....
