I'm a Triathlete...
I'm currently running 5iu Hgh 5/2 on-off with 2 grains of Armour ED... will throw in some low dose EQ at 100-200mg weekly alone for 14 weeks or even 20 weeks, once I loose some more of that muscle I put on in the gym due to some time off I had to take, bc of a knee-injury (I just started running again two months ago, massive blow to my ego is that I used to run a 10k in 36 minutes and half-marathon at around 1h 20 minutes before), just to get that EPO effect (not for size). I have about 11%bf and weight is 90kg, Im going down to 81kg... Which will take around 9-10 weeks, if I only take one day off from diet every 14 days, then I will start the 14 weeks of EQ, adding it to the already ongoing HGH cycle... (the key to loosing weight isn't in the HGH, but rather a strict diet. I would instead say that the HGH will only help you not to loose muscle and help muscle repair after sessions, at least at this dose)... Add that too the fact that I'm looking to loose around 7-8kg's of pure muscle mass and only around 1kg of fat (I dont want to drop below 7% bf, but rather lay around 9-11% as I feel this is an optimal level for me), the HGH will help me not to loose TOO MUCH muscle and also making me able to train rather hard without getting overtrained or flat too fast... Of course there will be days where I will get that sore throat or the sniffles, as I get when my body gets overtrained, as diet will have to be strict if you want to loose muscle. But those days will be kept at a minimum, due to the HGH.
The prevailing problem here is that a lot of people will give you advise on doses that are WAY higher then you will ever need. I've seen people who actually recommend to people who wants to loose weight to use 600mg of EQ and 200-300mg of Test weekly to people, INSTEAD of telling them to stop eating peanut M&M's every evening like there was no tomorrow and go on a 2000 cal/day diet... As well as asking you to combine different kinds of steroids with each other, that you might not need. Just so you will look better, harder or bigger... All very good if you want to add a lot of muscle, but not knowing this is not what a triathlete is looking for at all, since you wont shave off minutes of your time, without adding those inches to your arms.
I have used 20mg of Turinabol and 200mg of Test-P on two separate occasions in conjunction with HGH and 5mg Aromasin ED with both, but with both of them I had to stop short as I felt that I gained a lot of muscle-weight, and too fast. I would say that this doesn't surprise me, I'm by nature quite strong and find gaining muscle and strength easy. I gained 10kg's of mostly lean mass on a 4 week cycle with 50mg of winstrol alone on 3 days a week as when I was 21, without any, special diet program or additional protein in form of shakes or bars after/before training. Just plain ol' 3 meals a day... And at that time I was running 5k at just above 15;30, while pressing 150kg in benchpress unassisted... so winstrol worked really good for me! ...But with T-bol and Test-P I felt my legs would get pumped really easily, especially the calfs and funny enough I felt my stamina actually got worse... And that hindered my running (and winstrol also made my muscles freakishly hard, I'm not kidding when I say that I actually bent a rather thick needle when I was about to shoot it once). But winstrol isn't suppose to be all that good on your joints from what I gather especially over prolonged periods of time (todays oil-based winstrol enables you to run it longer if you so wishes), and since Triathlon, especially the running, is one of those sports where you can cause a lot of stress to your joints in your knees etc, I really want to try testosterone again... But I guess I just have to find my dose of testosterone, a low dose one and then keeping it... I might try taking the oral Undestor, or Andriol Testo-caps at 80mg's ED, to see if that will work better for me... Since Testo is used by so many cyclists, I'm thinking it must have been my previous dosage that was too high for me, made me gain weight too fast and thus causing my stamina to appear lower..
But like I said in the beginning, I will later on start on 100mg EQ weekly, shooting 50mg's every 3rd day... Closely keep protocol over my track times, and any unwanted weight-gain in my logbook and adjust dose accordingly. But results from EQ comes slowly, so I wouldn't expect any major results for me until at least week 8. If they do not occur then, I might increase dosage by another 50mg's/weekly... Monitoring it closely since I do not want any additional weight. Because gaining weight is easy and fun, and loosing weight is not... surviving on a mere 2300 cal/day, because you are trying to loose muscle weight when you are a Triathlete is not fun. Fighting food-craving every night on the weekends are a bitch! ...If I was you I would do pretty much the same, low dose of EQ... At too much of a dose you will start to gain weight, which will hinder your endurance... slow steady gains over a longer period of time is better, and you can always increase your dosage if you find that the dose is too low for you...
