Tri-Tren Winny Tabs and Test E

I'm looking for some help here. Last year I did a 14-week cycle of Deca and Cyp:

Deca weeks 1 -14 375 mg/week
Cyp weeks 3-14 400 mg/week

I used letro from the AG-Guys throughout the cycle.
For PCT I used HCG @ 2000iu / 4th day and Clomid @ 50mg / day

At the start of this cycle I was 26, 165lbs, and 9-11% bf. Now I am 27, 182lbs, and 10-12% bf. Loved it... The only down side was that I could have kept more but I injured my shoulder shortly after coming off.
I'm looking to gain about 5lbs-10lbs and get ripped on this go around. I've done one other test only cycle about 7 years ago. I've never tried tren, winny, or test e. I've also never taken anything oral (except clomid, clen, and t3).
I'm looking for suggestions...
What do you think of the stack? Tri-Tren too much?
Any help with oral dosage of winny 10mg?
I've used test cyp twice now and loved the gains. I was thinking of trying test e for a change. Any suggestions? What about a test blend?
Anyone tried a Test prop oral?
I'm prone to gyno and I have concerns about reinjuring my shoulder (ac joint).

I don't like the tri-tren. I would just go for one esther on tren and stick with it. Test E with winny is a good cycle because the winny keps you lean and dry, and promotes vascularity. I ran 400 mg Test E with Winny 50 mg ed for 10 weeks and loved it. That was a little too long on the winny though and I started getting a lot of joint pain. Run it the last 6 weeks and you would be good to go. A test/deca/winny cycle is good too. Tren can be hard on you, so if you are going to use it I would suggest using tren a, because if you got a lot of harsh sides, it would clear out of you faster. That being said, I am on test e and tren e atm, and I really like it.
