ALSO IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING TO ADD TO THIS LETS GET THIS THREAD GOING

"trenbolone Handbook:

Always run atleast 500mg test with trenbolone

Always used trenbolone ace and shoot ed

Always use between 40-80mg ed and no more or less

Always run ATLEAST 25mg winstrol ed with trenbolone to avoid prog buildup

Always run Dostinex - cabergoline - low dose at minimum while using trenbolone...about 1mg divided per week

Always use low dose T3 while on trenbolone (25mcg ed) since trenbolone supressed t3 levels which leads to prolactin buildup...t3 supresses prolactin

Always use cranberry extract to save kidneys

Always keep protein intake at 2.5g per lb bodyweight while on trenbolone or higher

Always train heavy while using trenbolone for maximum gains

Always choose Femera - letrozole - over aromasin and arimidex when using trenbolone since it will offset prog/prol sides much better...but only when using trenbolone

Always avoid carbs and heavy cals before bed to prevent night sweats..prot only

Always drink atleast 1.5 gallons water everyday...more is better"

I do not have Letro for my medium test, tren ,primo cycle. I have tons of caber (dostinex) and AIFM for the test. Plenty of T-3 on hand.

Next time I am going to get some letro, but for a 5 to 6 week tren and 8 week test primo schedule, will the AIFM be good enuf?

I have managed to run Fina at 100mg per day,

My one caution is for older lifters, you get so strong on Tren Ace, you are more prone to injury.

In the middle of my most recent Tren cycle I felt invincible and blew out my triceps, attached tendon and radius.

Surgery was about one week after memorial day, and re injured it about 2 weeks ago.

Just strong stuff, but I love it.

i'm currently on a cycle based on this handbook. Ran it by VF got a few suggestions. In my version i only used prop/ace to kickstart tho. Then i phased in longer esters. In addition i added eq. I can only recommend running tren this way. Never saw so little of the sides while retaining the main effects before.
