Dude, try the google search option before you start messing with tren. I'm sure you will find all of the answers to your questions, and a lot more than you really should
know before starting anything.
To answer your question though, I agree with BBF. Start low with the tren and add
some prop. You won't gain a ton of mass, but it will be quality.
BTW, lean muscle is lean muscle. It will take the same amount of effort to keep reguardless of what you took to get it.
