Gilly's right bro, it depents on your receptors, but when bulking, I've bumped up to 100 mg ed about 4 weeks into my cycle, and damn did I notice a difference. I gained 4 ibs that week (had only gained 1-2 ibs each weak before that), looked leaner and more vascular, and most of my lifts when up a considerable amount (I don't rely on my memory, I always keep a journal to compair weeks). I don't like to use that much with prop though, so after a few weeks I reduced the dose (made my labido fluxuate too much, on 50-75 mg it seems to stay level, plus it makes my acne gets pretty bad on 100 mg of tren when using prop). For cutting, 50 mg seems to be perfect. It seems to be enough to maintain my lbm and strength when in ketosis.
