tren/test prop cycle ending soon; change my diet?

My last shot of test prop will be on Monday. I will wait 3 days after that to start my Clomid therapy. Meanwhile, I won't need as much protein in my diet now, right? I am thinking of dropping one meal (4 per day instead of 5) and cutting my protein from 300 g ed to around 100 to 150 g ed. What do you think?

I gained a nice 28 lbs on this cycle. I started nolvadex at 10 mg ed about 2 weeks ago and have dropped about 5 lbs (water I think) so I am sitting at +23 lbs. My max bench press went up by almost 50 lbs too (to 225 from 170 to 180). I am now 160 lbs at 5'8".

How do you all think I should change my diet to maintain my gains? I have been eating a can of tuna in tuna melt sandwiches for breakfast and lunch for the past 11 weeks so I am REALLY sick of tuna.

Hey Spidey,

How is it going? I would up the proteins to say 200 grams per day and cut the carbs a bit. You just gained 23 pounds of muscle, and you want to maintain and feed them, so you need more protein than usual. In fact, your basal metabolic rate has been upped by the muscle, so also the total caloric intake should be above your precycle one.

Thanks Sigmund.

I think I am going to start eating more chicken as opposed to tuna. It has less protein per gram and it tastes better.:) I am going to try to work out a nice 2500 cal diet with 200 grams protein that I can stick with. Kind of a bummer not being able to eat whatever I want anymore. Now I know how all those dieting women feel.:p

BTW was your tren homebrew?

Keep calories the same, maybe a little less while on clomid. Then go back to a more maintance caloric intake after clomid. Wait about 2 monts then diet.

Yes and no. I am a chemist. I isolated and purified the tren acetate from the implants and formulated it up in benzyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, and sesame oil; 100 mg/mL.

Thanks for the advice bmit. Can you clarify your statement a little? What do you mean by a "maintenance caloric intake"?

Throughout my cycle, I have been eating about 4000 to 4500 cals per day with 300 g protein. I thought that since I will be off AAS, protein synthesis will slow down, right? That's why I thought it might be a good idea to cut back a little on protein intake. Excess protein that is not utilized is simply excreted anyway and can be an extra load on your kidneys to boot. I realize I will have to eat more to maintain 160 lbs than I ate to maintain 135 lbs; that makes perfect sense. On the other hand, "normal" 160 lb guys don't need 200 g protein a day to maintain their weight. At 5'8" I am not a huge guy or abnormally bulky. What do you think a good maintenance diet would be in terms of caloric intake, proteins, carbs, and fat?
