Tren, Test cycle?

Hey bros, just started a test and tren cycle. I usually use a-dex as my anti-e but this time picked up some letro. My question is how much letro should i run? i know how powerful it is and obviously don't want to eliminate all the estro in my body. What do you guys usually run it at? Also i heard that when u take letro it needs 3-4 weeks to build up blood plasma levels, does it matter that im starting it as i start my cycle? Thanks, i don't know much about running letro as it is a first.My cycles looks like this:

500 mg Test Cyp per week
100 mg Tren A eod

Another question, my letro is in capsules, how can i divide them up, they are 2.5 mg.
