In six months my max bench has gone from about 185 to 325. It also is great as drug to slim ya down at the same time. Feel like the hulk when this shit kicks in.
 
wow. thats pretty impressive. How are your tendons? Also, were taking it for 6 months nonstop?
 
While I would have told you not to touch AAS until you could bench 225, That is still good progress for 6 months. But that is also a long time for tren for most people. Are you still on it, and how long do you plan to be on for?
 
no....... let me clarify I ran it for four weeks during nov-dec and now have been on for about 9 days. I've ran d-bol, test, as well have taken them before with just a little bit in terms of gains. Except my first test only which gave a good deal of mass. Halo did nothing, deca did a little but post cycle was too much. I've tried alot of shit and NOTHING even compares to tren. The guy who spotted me must know I am on something. I acted real nervous when I put 275 on the bar and told him I may get one or two reps. I banged out six and could mosdef have gotten another with a little bit of help. The reason I stopped was because I thought he was helping alot the whole time. When I asked afterwards he said he didn't help at all.....not even the last rep. I'm not BSing here at all. I'm a straight up ecto BTW and my stats are 6'1 197 with a low BF. 75mg's ED, 75EOD last time.

Are you saying you have never taken any juice? In my books if you do a few cycles then stay clean for 6 months, you've still gained an advantage thats not natural.
 
I take my dbol in the morning with my chex, just toss in a handful like banana slices and throw some milk on that shit....breakfast of champs! Cant beat it with a stick.
 
Be careful with the tendons. Just because you can lift a weight doesn't mean you necessarily should. I learned my lesson with tren and squats. I normally can squat 550-600 pounds for 1 or 2. On tren I hit 665 for 5. Later that week my gracilis muscle tightened up like a fucking dry rotted rope.

Tren also has some unique properties in that it can permanently mangle and shut down cortisol receptors... I noticed that despite how little I eat or train I don't lose muscle as quickly as I used too. I think tren is the reason why.

I hear what you're sdaying The_Eviscerator as I have learned my lesson as well. The first time I was repping with 380 (squating) and I fucked up my knee tendon. It healed back, but now I am a little more cautious. If anything it has helped my shoulders though. Coming off both this and deca I also have a problem with cortisol. I'm gonna run d-bol in the am with test for a few weeks after in hopes of not dropping too much muscle. I'd be happy to answer more questions....I'm 23 BTW.

I do feel good. You probably are a 5'5 endo who couldn't even look at the same chicks I bang with ease. Tren makes me think I'm some God as you can see......the acne kinda brings me back to earth a lttle.

i have never taken any juice or PHs at all. been lifting since i was 14.

lay off the haterade :D. i am 5'8" 205lbs 12%bf. i said what i said earlier becuase you have no right to juice if your lifts are that bad. you need to get a good base before juicing. i've been lifting for 5 years HARD and still going natural!

i lifted for years until I was 17 (which is stil young to juice) and only benched out 135 max. After doing a few d-bol alone, deca alones, test alone, and even halo my bench was up to 185. Now... for someone at my height that is pretty damn impressive that i can throw up 325. People don't understand that some people no matter what they eat or how they cannot grow. I used to play basketball and my body could (then) be compared to some of the skinny guys you see on TV. Look at a guy like Tayshaun Prince on detroit.......no matter what he does unless he juiced he will not get big. My goal was never to be the biggest guy because attracting the opp. sex in important to me. tren has given me what I always wanted. I really am a bit worried that if I get much stronger that I could get injured though. I've honstly never seen a person who looks like myself move that much weight.
 
bench means jack shit..I incline 120's, but don't go over 275 on flat, shoulders just does not like it...If ya want to talk about strength, then lets discuss deads and squats...I know people who are 260 + you don't ever go above 275-315 on bench...

DL'ed 455 on my 5th set 2 weeks ago. squat 405 below parallel.
 
So without drugs, you could only bench 135???

Most people can at least triple their strength w/o AAS. So that would put you at starting out with a 45lb bench -- in other words, the bar. Is that correct?

I think you started out on juice too early. Should've waited till the natural gains tapered out, which probably would have been in your late 20's.

first off are you an ecto? If not than you can't say anything. I could have waited another couple of years and just stayed the size but I saw no point in that. I never really got natty gains and thats my point. See...... most people are not ectos. I started out weighing 125 (I was 6'0 then) and doing chest with 30lb dumbells and eventually worked up to about 50's where it stayed at for roughly 2 years. I started out becnhing 70lb's for a good 6-8 reps. I now max at 325 as stated before and can do six reps with dumbells at incline using hundreds. (after benching and doing crossovers) ALL my other lifts are ionline with my bench I'd say muscleup. I am not a one trick pony. I am a strong dude but a very big one in my eyes. There is only one guy at my dinky gym that I'm sure is stronger then me and he has to be about 250.

Bro...I think it's great you are happy with your improvement...Lifting shit loads off wieght is impressive, but I could really give 2 shits about it as long as I look like I can lift a lot of wieght...LMAO ;) ...But I tend to lift pretty heavy...chest is not my strongest bodypart though
 
well...... My joints are very close together so getting too much bigger means I may look funny. One girl at the gym told me if I get any bigger I won't have any neck. I look more like a fitness model than a pro. Being strong and ripped is all I really want. As soon as I get my pics developed I'll revive this thread and try to post them.
 
the joints in my arms aren't close together though. My arms are pretty long.
 
good work bro,the progress is what matters numbers mean shit,Im about 193 now and can just bench 195 for one,not everyone is built to lift huge numbers,but you sure have got things going in the right direction

yeah but isn't that what the juice is for? so you have help hitting those huge numbers.

your results sound a little exaggerated to me, unless you gained 100lbs in those 6 months i don't see a dramatic increase like that on the benchpress happening.
BTW how do your joints feel?
 
ifs your a power lifter juice is for hitting big numbers,I personally wouldnt care if I benched 50lbs or 500lbs aslong as I grew
 
Bla bla bla with I can bench this I can bench that! I am 34 242lbs 6'0" and I pound more box than UPS. I take juice thats what I like to do!

I have gained 15 lb's in that time bro. I swear to fucking God I am not exaggerating. It makes me feel good that you would think that in a way though. Hard work and tren is all that really got there. I used to have problems with my shoulders when I was younger. They feel GREAT now. As I said before I had a problem with my knee tendon (right above my knee) during the first go around with tren because I was squatting too much.

I say go for because for some it is a BB's dream. For others it is obviously a rough go. I'm still in awe of this stuff.
 
I don't know man, readin your posts I smell bullshit. Something's not right. Benchin 135 (50lb dbs for 2 years), and then all of a sudden in 6 months your bench goes from 185 to 325 just off of 2-3 cycles? Post some vids/pics

Agreed. There's guys in the gym that bench more than I do, but that is because all they do is bench. I don't see how people think flat-bench is the sole indicator of bodybuilding strength progression...

I was benching 135 when I was 16-17. I'm now 23. My cycles got my bench up to 185. (my other lifts grew alittle bit better then that during that time). Since last NOV my bench has gone from 185 to 325. Smell whatever you want because it is a given on the internet you will never actually know what the truth is. I'm here in praise of tren, Have you even tried it? I'm not here just blow my own horn. Read my other posts and you can see I am aregular contributor to the board. I'm giving my results just like anybody else does. For some reason this stuff effects me like it does few others.

yeah, I never see people throwing up 400 at the gyms I've been to.... but here on the net you get plenty of guys saying they can. When I put 275 up six times I didn't even believe myself so I can understand why some guys don't believe me. When I mean six reps I mean touching my chest BTW. I do see plenty of guys at the gym using alot of weight but going halfway down. I cringe at atleast one person everyday doing something with horrible form.

same here bro...I train with several people who compete every year, these guys are good sized{200 ripped-230 offseaon} and while we are all strong none of us are throwing up 400 + for reps...I have seen it only a handful of times in the last couple years...but hell everyone here does that except for me and you... right....lmao

that, but to do that, and it's completely possible for most
people who have trained for several years, you would have
to be either some big, fat SUMO fucker ( power lifter ) or you'd
have to be (and look) so groteskly Jacked up, people whould be talking
about steroids behind your back everywhere you go, like
your a poster child for the topic of steroid abuse.

That shit gets old real fast too...

if I could get to be working with 300 with great ease,
i would be a happy camper.

I might bump something heavier from time to time, but
like I said, 300 with ease, high reps at 300, sweet...

I'm looking for hard lean mass, not the big fat sumo wrestler look.

and besides BB is not about how much one can lift its about illusion..if i can build huge round delts and only be able to mp 225 i dont really care as long as my delts look like canteloupes :finger:

Don't know where you heard that one. I see lots of people at the gym juicin, trying to get somewhere fast, that look like shit, no shape but yet are stong. I always find it funny when these guys at some point in time have to come of the juice. This is when you don't see them anymore at the gym because they are depressed weak as when they started and just frail looking. Happens all the time
especially when the guys are young and will do anything to look like the guys that have been training for a long time with dedication.

i guess if they are fat but.......... if somebody is lean likemyself and can throw more weight then others than they almost always will have better looking muscles.
 
I'll add that the type of build they have is very important in this. Short dudes will have better looking muscles almost always......unfortunatley for them they are still short though.
Well..... I don't fit into the group you mentioning as well. I couldn't do what I did if I( didn't know how to come off and train properly. I conquered my genes..... somewhat
