A lot of you know me from the old days and my history, being sick, bedbound unable to train for 2 years, rebuilding did my first run of test only switching to tren.

Did a high carb IF on my test only cycle and put on 16 lbs in 8-9 weeks, my lifts exploded etc. I've switched over to tren only (I happen to like tren only at a low dose and will be doing HRT anyway as my test levels bottomed out when I turned 35 last year, low enough to qualify) and I like it other than I feel like doing Intermittent Fasting like I am burnign through carbs insanely fast. My bodyweight is pretty stable, eating 3500-4000 calories a day but I get a lot of cramping/pumps from training thus far after switching over to tren and I notice that when I eat my carbs during my feed window I sweat like a pig and my body turns into a furnace all night. I have actually still continued to see a small increase in strength but notice I run out of steam near the end of my workouts. I am craving carbs like no tomorrow.

Should I increase my calories a bit and not go under 4k? I feel like I need more glucose for training, I am actually leaning out, should I just continue to keep my calories high and let the tren do its magic? I eat high carb, high protein low fat (I supplement essential fats into my diet because everything I eat is extremely lean)...

I like IF thus far and felt I lost fat doing it on the test while seeing huge gains in strength and size, just that I feel as if the feed windows are ramping my body heat up so much on the tren that I am running out of calories still in my system to train in the morning... which wasn't an issue on test.

Thoughts? Anyone else notice this who uses IF and tren?

I should add that my goals are to recomp while continuing to gain strength and power on my main lifts. I train 6 days a week on a push/pull setup doing mostly 3x5/5x5. I am running 150mg of tren e a week... might bump it to 200mg. Just finished 500mg of test e a week. I've historically responded to lose doses and have never had to use more than 200mg of tren a week to be fairly strong (old lifetime PRs are 475 bench, 585 squat, 615 deadlift... on about 500mg of total gear... as I am rebuilding after massively detraining my numbers are obviously quite a bit lower than this still... struggling on bench the most).
