tren e and carbs

sup guys .. I'm going to to start my cycle tomorrow and my last 2 cycles were ok gain about 20-25 pound of muscle I was really skinny used to weigh about 135-140 ..my current weight 165 ..I know food play I big roll so I want to get the best out of this cycle on hopefully get enough so I don't have to cycle again..

I'm 165lbs
5'7
around 10-12%body fat

3rd cycle
test e 12wks 400mg
tren e 10wks 400mg
aromasin
caber in hand

my goal is to build more lean muscle ..on my last two cycles I was eating 5-6 times daily ..after my first meal my main source of protein was chicken and fish but my carbs (potato/oats/brown rice)were really low and after my my 3rd meal I was not eating carbs ..also I was drinkn beer in the weekend so I was fkn up ..

My main questions are: how many carbs I need a day ?? at what meal should I stop eating carbs and how many calories I need to get the best of this cycle and get lean muscle ???? thanks guys!!!
 
Your cycle itself looks good. Run the caber when you are running the trenbolone. Don't just keep it on hand. It won't hinder gains in any way and keeping prolactin levels in the low-normal range will only benefit you because it will help create a more favourable fat burning and muscle building environment.

Also consider adding caradrine to your cycle. Cardarine is a great addition to any tren cycle to reduce side effects and increase fat loss: http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

Carbs are sort of like a double edged sword. They are extremely anabolic but too much carbs will just make you fat. Especially when using things like tren because tren can lead to insulin resistance.

With trenbolone, you should be using cabergoline from the first day of the cycle, and not keep it on your hands till the side effects take place. After all, it is much easier and healthier to prevent side effects, rather than deal with them.

Then the Cardarine will definitely be a very good addition to your cycle, since it has a time proven ability to greatly reduce the side effects of trenbolone without adding any of its own. Besides, it has a bunch of other good benefits, so it will be a very good improvement to any cycle.
 
in the future people need to make sure they build a proper base before using steroids. starting steroids at such a low weight is not good for your soft tissues and joints at all.

you will probably experience a health curve over the next couple years as your soft tissues try to catch up to the added mass

Always run caber in order to prevent nasty prolactin sides. One of them is dead libido
 
I would make sure you spread your carbs out throughout the day because you are using tren. You don't want to feel like shit because your carbs are low. This is a side effect of tren.
